The Brief: McGoff & Vickers were employed to undertake a £1.2million refurbishment of the second floor of the company's Northcliffe House headquarters used by the Metro newspaper and Associated Newspapers Media Group.
Value: £1.2m
The Process: We completed the electrical installation as detailed in the consultant's design specifications and drawings to CAT A and CAT B fit out standards. Within the same timescale we undertook the infrastructure works within the basement and risers, fitting a new transformer, cubical switch gear and new uninterruptible power supplies.
Result: We met all the client's requirements. Very satisfied with our work, the building contractor in their post project meeting praised McGoff & Vickers with a top rating for a job completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. The 35,000 sq ft of space at Northcliffe House is now being used by more than 300 employees.
